We collect information to enable us to provide library services to you and if you agree, to send you library updates.
We use some third-parties to help us manage and provide these services, and the information you provide to us may be shared with them. These are:
- OCLC (for library membership)
- KnowledgeShare (for evidence updates and evidence searches)
- Eduserve (for OpenAthens accounts to access online resources)
- SurveyMonkey (to manage surveys)
We may also share some information with other library services if you move organisation.
Access to your information and correction
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email or write to us.
We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.
